Save Windermere’s Response: An Invitation to Love Windermere Stakeholder Workshop
The Love Windermere partnership is holding a stakeholder workshop today, 29th November 2023, to better understand people’s feelings about Windermere and ideate on ways to improve the catchment.
Save Windermere was invited to this session, but decided to decline the invitation. We wanted to share our response to the organisers from the Environment Agency below.
We understand the importance of engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and those who are involved in the management of the Windermere catchment, but we choose to do so outside of these partnership groups. This ensures we remain independent from government and the polluter.
